I'm back from the Old Sod!

Question: How many expats are out there? LL, I know you're one, but who else is?

What sort of stories/experiences have ye got about living abroad, if any?

Mhh, stories? I've got a lot...

I'm not classified as expat anymore though. Expat is when a company send you overseas and pays you enough to maintain a slighly higher standard of living. We were expats in Malaysia for one thing. Right now my parents work in Canada for Canadian companies so we are just normal people.

I was born in Germany... but dont really qualify as an expatriot since I left as a pup. That and my parents were yanks anyway.
