The second most effective way...

WARNING**** extremely stupid question ahead.

I have pondered about this sometimes so humor me.

Can two HIV positive people enage in sex with each other? Would this worsen the condition? Make the body deteriate faster?

How 'bout monogamy with a clean partner? Seems to be working for me.
Me too. I'd like to mention that it is more difficult to get infected with HIV than most people realize. It's not really very virulent.

How about this...there is no such thing as safe sex. It's an oxymoron. Clean and dirty are non-existent, and, as great as monogamy is, it's not a garantee of disease-free sex. ;)

I'll let you explain that to the wife. I can sell tickets. :lol2:

I've heard this answered before. Yes, it can worsen it. First, because there are different strains of HIV, it's possible for a newer version to complicate an existing condition. Second, virii mutate, so even having sex with the same person who infected you can make things worse.

Explain abstinence. Or this
THE sexual revolution of the 1960s gave rise to a generation who fought with the law to sleep with men, women or both at the same time. Today, a new generation are fighting for the right to sleep alone.

People who are glad to be "A" are coming out of the closet to declare they have no interest in sex, according to a new study.

Some research suggests there are almost as many asexuals as there are gay individuals.

A report in the journal New Scientist reveals they are starting to insist on their right not to have sex. Many adherents now believe asexual activism could soon mirror the gay revolution.

Although some might simply have low libidos, others claim to represent a new category of sexual orientation.

Despite having sex drives, these people are not remotely attracted to either gender.

Cute, but it is possible. How do you think genital herpes started? (cold sores and oral sex)...

absteinence is abstaining from sex. and I know a few a sexuals.

Thus blowing the whole sex is as important as food & shelter theory.

while this is true, It is very difficult to completely abstain from sex. It is one of our drives as much as food and shelter in the pyramid of needs
Depends on how ya define "completely"..

Not AS important... it is a heirarchy after all.... but it is more important than other needs. There are all sorts of things which affect libido temporarily or permanently. Everything from polutants to medication, from smoking to alcohol and everthing in between. There's also self control.

Those 'born again virgins' are a good case in point.

Um how about like "NO".

What you don't want to admit that monogamy is the only way
to get some and not have to worry 'bout STD's?

Oh yeah the Wifey gets a tainted blood transfusion
and then you get HIV? Yup that'll werk.
