Inkara1 Well-Known Member Sep 23, 2009 #25 It's like Tennessee putting a tax on illegal drugs. You don't pay the tax and you get busted for having the drugs, then they can run you through the ringer on tax charges in addition to possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
