In what possible fashion was there any attempt to influence a vote, that is what I'm not seeing.

Haveing a polling station @ a school, vetrans hall, or church might also be considered influencing a vote then?

someone screwed up and thougth pro-troops = pro-war, or pro-bush, but we do not know what their signs etc. said....

Interesting. Guess those boneheads don't know that private freight uses those rails, too...and some of those cars carry some pretty heinous chemicals. Nothing like a derailment with cars carrying chlorine gas, eh?
