Cow-tipping is the art of running head-long into a sleeping bovine in order to knock it off it's feet. Hence, tipping a cow over, or, cow-tipping. It's not easy, and, if you tip over a bull instead of a cao, it can be right humiliating. ;)
 
i'm afraid ... you wouldn't know how fast those freakin' things run until after they've been tipped :lloyd:
