Okay, so Canadian standards may be higher, but I still think our system makes more sense. How does knowing only half of a subject constitute mastery?

Abooja, an F or below is a Fail right? Well, it's the same in New Zealand. If you get under 50% (a D+ or below), it's a fail. They just use different letters to signify the fail mark.
