Then the construction batallions are set loose to build a Starbucks, a Wendys, a dry cleaners, and a 24 gas station full of hot links and porno mags.
Then they move on to another quadrant of the city and repeat.
Once a city is blanketed, then they carpet bomb the area with Olsen Twins DVDs, Barbie dolls, and Star magazines with Brad and Angelina on the cover.
At that point, all of the insurgents are easy to pick out because they all have subconsciously started wearing Tupac tees.
