Jesus, we need legistlation to prevent quallity of service measures?

It's just good network management. Toll quallity VoIP would actually work. It would create true competition among telecoms for voice service, cable TV service, even video conferencing to the home.

I understand the utopian nature of the web, though, any why people would be against this. But I'm for it.
