What should be done with Saddam Hussein?

Hell they've got that much on film. I'll tell you though i fear what will happen to the guy if he's tried in Iraq though. Obviously not for him and maybe i shouldn't, but if we're in control will we stand by and watch as he's ripped limb from limb before a mob or is tortured to death? Should be interesting to see this play out. Imv this will have serious global repercussions.
 
Some talking head pointed out today that there is no death penalty in Iraq (remember, this is a new government).

Hmm... that could be a problem. I thought stoning would have been an excellent method.

then thats a yes. that would change everything wont it? or is it too far in the past(i dont know international laws very well)

Isn't Milosevic going through prosecution for something similar?
