you guys have it easy. my mom brought me upstairs saw the monitor was on but the comp wasnt working. the reason?? it wasnt actually turned on. i gave her such a hard time for that one
My mom unplugged her DSL cable while cleaning (on purpose), and to give her credit, she knew both lights on the modem were supposed to be on, but she couldn't figure out the problem. When I showed her (nicely) she remembered unplugging it.
