Actually I think it ought to be legal in designated areas and regulated so far as STDs. You are not going to stop this, if they were, they would have by now.
 
He's an ass. He's also doing something to stop a crime. Sounds like a good citizen to me.
 
The thing is he is a self righteous prick, who if he continues, there is every likelihood someone will bust a cap in his sorry ass.

Like I said he should be a proponent of legalization and designated areas, cuz he sure as hell isn't going to stop a damn thing!
 
I wouldn't know, but I do know they cannot stop drugs, and they cannot stop prostitution. Both are proven facts. So why wouldn't they want to regulate?

I an not sure with prostitution, but I know with drugs, there is too much profit involved when "law enforcement" seizes assets.
 
OK, so they ought to legalize prostitution. Perhaps. However, at the moment, it is illegal.

Over here, Prostitution is legal. Solicitation is ILLEGAL whether you're asking a girl "How much?" or whether she's working the corner for too long.

Pretty much...although that'll cost you some serious coin depending on the girl.

There are advertisments for Private Escorts in the local papers. Officially, they'll escort you to a dinner or summat, but if they decide to skip the dinner and take you to a hotel, 'cause you're such a nice guy n' all. And you, being such a nice guy, accept her advice as to how to tip her...well, that's nobody's business but yours, eh.

The solicitation rule is more to avoid the more obvious street walkers harassing anybody and everybody that drives by, no matter what they're looking for.
 
Standard method was that the girl will act as a 'travel agent', booking a room at a premium. John Q pays the lady in question the price of the room, plus a premium. so long at the money changes hands (and the price discussed) are not for 'physical services rendered' you're good to go. She'll normally accompany the customer up to the room to ensure than it fully meets his needs and that he's suitably comfortable ... then leave. Some people I know actually had business cards offering a discount for 'travel agents' such as these.
