It's not about the water pressure. It's about fitting punishments for transgressions...not to mention freaking surveillance cameras for pete's sake. Stupid.

I still haven't heard any testimony outside of popular opinion that it was 'punishment'.

The video at the Orlando site says that the woman said she was punishing her daughter for throwing a tantrum in the car. She didn't jusyt leave her in the wet clothes -- which likely would have been a separate count in the indictment -- she dressed the kid in dry clothes.

Is that popular opinion?
