can you explain why the bush DOJ was unable to successfully carry forward the two previous voter intimidation cases they took a stab at? again, learn something about these cases. when you do, you'll understand that they are inherently very difficult with a low likelihood of success... and it really doesn't matter at that point which DOJ dumped it if it's broadly recognized that the case was a likely flop.

maybe try criticizing obama for something valid. there's plenty of material there.

there's a link to the actual court transcript in the media matters posting. i also looked up the transcript through other means to verify. but, yes, find it yourself. and the only reason i suggest that is because i know you won't do it. because you're not interested in what actually happened, but rather to go one a witch hunt, as i mentioned before. that means you are hunting an alleged witch, if you don't understand the reference, which you do, and are just trying to be clever.
