I think I'm gonna have to ask on thier forum, how to setup
the second domain in the "Webhost Manager"
I did the first step, but I'm not sure about some of the other
stuff, like it says my acct type is unknown.:confuse3:

They need a help file in there like in the cpanel.:D

Yeah, I'm goning to start recommending them.
$6/mo (for the lowest packet) is about as low
as it gets for a "good" host I think.;)

Well today, the severe(s) I'm on have been down for more than
30min and counting. That 99,9% uptime is fading fast.:(

I noticed our server was crippled for a bit on Monday... Growing pains, I suppose. :confuse3: Did you put in a support ticket asking why yet? I'd ask how many accounts are on that server as well. At last count, ours was at 225.

Anyways... that downtime came at bad timing indeed. This kind of thing doesn't happen but once every few months in our experience. That 99.9% uptime guarantee is pushing it, but most of the time it is upheld well.

Well I'm not recommending them anymore.
I've become disgruntled with them as of late, and am about to switch to Site5.

It's down even now.
I think steven just has put too many irons in the fire with all the new
businesses he has bought up, and the service just isn't there anymore.

Besides that, the competitor's prices/ per features have them beat now
by a long shot.

Not only that, but it's been 2hrs since I put in a helpdesk ticket, and still no response.
The service has gotten completely lousy.
