The 4th covers what the government has to do in order to secure a warrant against you as opposed to just wandering in & looking around. It is not a right to privacy (which, on the surface would be a great right but is impossible if there are to be laws.)

Here's one....I sent a movie I rented from Blockbuster mail (Netflix basically) back to them. I dropped it in the USPS box, in front of the main post office. It didn't show up as cleared on my queue after 4 days. So I bitched about it & they showed it cleared.

Yesterday, (8 days later) another movie arrived. So did the movie I sent off. It was adressed to Indianapolis. There was not one shred of info regarding me, in writing, on the envelope. Yet, the exact movie makes it back to my house several miles from the PO box.


Tell me Uncle Sam isn't watching.
