hey!
it's not PC to ask about Dad.
You might disenfranchise all the kids who don't know who their dad is.
They might Feel bad.

you seem to think this PC thing is far more pervasive than my vast experience among diverse peoples informs me it is. maybe time to get out of butt holler for a while and start learning about the outside world from something other than the intarweb-based machinations of loons and malcontents?

i'll bet you did a lot of that kind of shit before you had to quit drinking.

isn't it kinda hard to cut a line on a non-hard surface?

I get out quite a bit.
Not to the left coast, but out, talking to people, and internet, not intranet.

what do you get out to? the hall county hog farmer's bi-weekly anti-yankee league BBQ and bitch session?

seriously this PC thing is far less pervasive in the real world than you seem to think it is. it's like your gotholic talking about the illuminati or something.

in personal conversation, yeah, it's not really prevalent, but when someone is speaking in front of
a crowd of some kind, it seems very much in mind.

okay.

i work and live in one of the most notoriously socially liberal cities in the country.

i have several degrees in a discipline that pretty much starts with a couple of uncle karl's observations. (the ones you and the rest of the commando squad here never have and never will hear about or know.)

my social circle is far more diverse than even the types of social diseases you have acquired.

oh yeah, and i lack delusions of persecution.

so i think i'm in a better place to figure this one out buddy.

stick to the hollers. where a man can be comfortable on furniture in the front yard, and not have to worry about funny people getting uppity on his shit.

I'll be completely content to, if left alone about my freedom.

There is no real 'freedom'
Man's law, God's law, or Nature's law.
One will always have limitation of some kind.
IMO, the more personal responsibility one has, the more freedom they should have.
Now, what constitutes 'responsibility' seems to vary.
So it's all relative.

gee i thought relativism was a pinko commie thing.

so what you are saying is that you are afraid of what will happen to you in a limitless and random universe, so you need "laws" to feel comfortable and safe. hey man, you're not alone. that's the seed of all religion.
