We're doing a turducken this year. Not sure about the other fixings but maybe:
Mashed potatoes
The obligatory sweet potato and pecan casserole
Collards
Corn casserole
Carrot muffins
Some other green vegetable
Cornbread stuffing or dirty rice - not sure which
Pumkin pie and maybe a chocolate trifle.

A friend is bringing this awesome onion casserole and an apple pie.

It's a deboned turkey stuffed with a deboned duck stuffed with a deboned chicken stuffed with some form of dressing/stuffing/veggies.

A veritable feast!

Onion casserole sounds good - I'll have to try that sometime.

It's just going to be Hunny Bunny and I this year, and the old guy next door might come by. Hopefully the weather will be nice so we can sit outside while the turkey is roasting on the grill.

Venison tenderloin- marinated in cabernet
Sweet taters, just baked and topped with pecans
Green bean casserole with both fresh and dried onions and garlic from the garden
That's all- keeping it simple this year!
Oh, and japaleno cornbread-can't forget that!
