Inkara: HAHA! I caught it from the only person I might be kissing (caught it through sharing a drink though) so I guess he and I shall just pass it back and forth for a few weeks til it turns into a mutant infection and we HAVE to go to the doctor to get anti-biotics.

Hey Nix, it can go back dormant for awhile, but you definitely didn't get rid of it. Get your ass to a doctor. NOW!
 
I did that for a few weeks once it kept feeling a bit better so I'd not go in...till I couldn't walk, eat or talk, or even think straight...and I slept for 20 hours straight and still wasn't awake...my mom came and got me and took me in...it was strep :retard:
 
it doesn't even hurt now, not at all

I ate popcorn last night and that didn't even hurt
 
That's nice. So you have an appointment this afternoon you say? Good.
 
Be careful with that! I saw this thing on TV a long time ago abou how the strep can get into your muscles and stuff. It didn't look like too much fun.
 
^ that happened to my husband...the spinal nerves got infected/inflamed whatever.

he was paralyzed with agonizing pain, in hospital for 6 weeks, released in a wheelchair.

it sucked at the time, but now... *points and laughs* :laugh:
