Person gets all freaky cancery from a buried alien ship and goes crazy and whatnot....right? It's been a very loooong time and I may be confusing it with another book.

It's more alien-invadedey than cancery, but yep, right book.

It's a good one, you should read it Rob.

No cancer? Did Stephen King write one about a person that went nutso from cancer and maybe I am morphing the 2 in my mind? Perhaps I should read the Tommyknockers again.

They're (the townfolks) all "becoming" aliens. I dunno 'bout a cancer one. Maybe you're just remembering the going bald and teeth falling out as cancery.

I think I can pinpoint a recurring nightmare to every one of his books that I've read.

Too cute for words
"Late last night and the night before,
Tommyknockers, Tommyknockers, knocking at the door."

There is whole generation of folks with the clown fear, myself included. I wonder perhaps if it has anything to do with John Wayne Gacy...or It for that matter.
