Well a guy can dream cant he? You guys dont realize the feeling to know that your such die hards. That part is great.
But our downtime has been minimal overall, and steve and IH do work their butts off to keep us up and running. Someday (hint, hint, wink) we will have to move to a dedicated server then we have only ourselves to blame for bad scripts and such.
In the meantime understanding and patience is rule of thumb.
