We were very blessed to be able to give our kids a big Christmas. They got so many toys and books that I am not sure what to do with it all. :lol As for me, I think my favorite material gift was a gift certificate for Erik and I to Outback Steakhouse. I cannot wait for another date night!

I love peppermint tea, but I will admit that it can be an acquired taste. I agree with Gonz on the Cheeze Its. We tried the generic ones once and it was terrible. We also tied the Great Value version of Goldfish crackers. Um..ya...no.

We had ham, turkey, mashed taters, corn, salad, and cake for desert. For Christmas I had a HUGE ham dinner planned, but the snow here kept my dad and gramma from coming over and now I have 10lbs of ham leftover :laugh Instead we went to my SIL's for her birthday and had hamburgers.
