Altron, I have family in New Jersey and in Long Island, NY. We use to go up to see them quite often. New Jersey would usually take us about 6 hours from Montreal and to Long Island it's about 7 to 8 hours drive.

You could give them the wet at treat and all, but you shouldn't change it too often cause that can cause the cats to feel ill as well as they have to adjust to something different. Stick to one type of wet food and one type of dry. If you decide to change dry, then mix it in with the old stuff...
