I've just been to the gymnasium for the first time in about two months -
everything hurts...... :bounce:

I thought this stuff was supposed to be good for you.!!!

I know how you feel! I went back to hula practice after 3 months of not practicing ... and my thighs were killing me!!
 
I feel ok today – I did a bit of rehabilitation in to normal life – we went to Pizza Hut after work and then to the cinema for movies and popcorn!!!

I did my taebo video workout for the first in about an age last week. The next morning there was not one bit of my body that didn't feel squished and...wrong.
 
Exercise is for fat people. Until I'm fat, I won't excericise.


Hell, even when I am fat, I still won't. :cocktail:
