If everyone had a gun in their hip, civility would soon again have value in the United States.
So... hmmm... if you own a gun, you might as well be giving it to the criminals.

I could offer refutes based on the obvious ... Lack of training, effect of surprise, that your graph offers nothing in the way of national and racial breakdowns ... but what's the point? You believe what you want, I'll believe what I want ... you'll always be able to pull up a graph saying what you want it to, and so will I. Just don't get in the way of my ownership, and I promise never to use it to defend you.
That's the high end... 11,000 gun crimes v. population of UK.
You are arguing under a false assumption. But don't you worry. When someone forces your door, you call 911. After all, when seconds count, the police are just minutes away.
Would it surprise you that 90% of all guns used in crimes in Canada and close to the same percentage of crimes in Mexico came from the USA? Stolen guns.

Now go get the stats for people getting stabbed in the UK. (animal attacks also)

The second amendment was enacted to keep us free from a
government that would enslave us, with what
has transpired in the last ten months, I can see why.
No, it wouldn't ... because criminals don't use legal guns anyhow.
