the pen wasn't funded by the US government, but by the company who developed it, Fisher. It cost app. 2 million dollars, and 2 yrs to perfect the technology.

it's amazing that people actually believe that the development of a freaking PEN could POSSIBLY cost 12 billion dollars.

i mean....think for one nano second and you see that's total :bs:
 
You want some real fun? Go back into the scam letter thread and lift the phone number. Paste it into google and read the 40 variants on the scam letter. Ministers, generals, miners... its a laugh a minute.
