PS comes with Imageready same as PSP comes with Animation Shop.PSP is alot cheaper than PS though

I wish that I'd seen this thread earlier. You could also reduce the number of active colours in your gifs. Most pics use far too many colours anyway, so reducing it by half or less rarely changes the image.
