Many Canadians are white, they are subject to the exact same laws so explain how that racist. So...if an officer see's hippy/faggy/trashy looking white guy with a french accent they should arrest them on the spot and deport them even if they are an American.

The state is only doing the job the government should be doing.

We are the "United States" and each state has a border. Thus, the 10th Amendment ("The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people") applies. Yes, 0bammy would like to see just one big country that he can rule, but it will never happen.

As for part 2 - people visit the USA on vacation all the time. Doesn't mean that they have any plan on staying for any length of time. Plenty of border crossings where you can register your entry and egress from the USA.

What makes you think that a cop can tell the difference between a born-in-the-USA 'latino', a legally emigrated 'latino', a visiting 'latino', a legal work visa 'latino' and an illegal 'latino' ?

Check all on 'reasonable suspition'?

I am constantly crossing over. Every weekend during the summer months. Fishing.

Can I expect to be stopped on the streets of Malone to prove that I am there legally? Somehow, I think not. Frankly, I doubt that you could distinguish an American from a Canadian.

Mexicans look Mexican tho', right?

Not racist...I was playing with the words while poking Winks. He's unlikely to ever be stopped on the street for this new law. He's got 'carte blanche' for that... 'cept instead of on paper, it's written all over his face..and arms, and legs, etc...

See what great about this law is that it uses the over creation of laws to ensnare anyone the cop wants to check.


See, a cop can write in his report: "I noticed the perpetrator appeared nervous, I suspected they were xxxxxxxx and I approached them" -- thus providing reasonable cause. -- This is due the general state of law creation where butt-hurt people have created so many laws that a cop can, legally, stop just about anyone they want.

I've been pulled over because my car "fit a description." I've been detained becuase I "fit a description." I've had my home searched because some liberal invented and reported I "was making child-pron" becuase I own nice video cameras. --- And that was mess, I was presumed guilty from gate. I was attacked for my views, there was ZERO basis for any investigation (which was the final conclusion after TWO weeks of bullshit).

We have to many silly laws to enforce. Back to the basics.

So if you explained, showed your tackle and maybe a room key, do you think you would be deported? Now if your car has US plates, your trash in your car reflected US living and your address was US.... you might get deported if you we're here illegally. So be it. -- fuckcing Canadians.

Bish you probably deserve a gold star for propounding the far left
agenda in this thread. All the arguments made against the bill
are false. No where does it state people will be stopped and asked
to prove citizenship. For Gawd’s sake law enforcement agencies
encounter plenty of illegals in their normal daily routine as it is.
One thing this will do is wreck ICE. So Paco D. Rivera is stopped
for an offense ranging from jay walking to murder and is found to
be an illegal? Off to ICE he goes? NOT! Our emergency rooms are
all closed due to having long since over run by illegals.
Our State prison is overflowing with illegals, our citizens are being
murdered by thrice deported illegals, exasperation doesn’t begin to do
justice to the attitude of Arizonians of all ethnicities.
Even most American born Hispanic/Latinos will admit to hating on the
illegals for many reasons not the least of which is, they make them look bad.
 
I'm guessing Sheriff Joe could enough privately funded pink dye and canvas to house a few more if need be.
