it is most defenitaly not what my dear friend Mike calls mac and cheese, you offer that as mac and cheese to a US southerner and you might just. To a US midWesterner, a dirty look for sure.

I have to ask, why do you call it KD?

Kraft Dinner... in the US, it's a side dish... in Canada, it's dinner. :D

Red, a whole can of peas is way too much for one box of mac and cheese. Your best bet is to get a bag of frozen peas and boil like 1/4 cup, maybe 1/2 cup, along with the noodles so that they're not cold. A standard 15-ounce can is way overkill for one box of mac and cheese, which makes about three cups of pasta and sauce. It's only a six-ounce can of tuna, after all.

Oh, just so everyone has it clear... for the love of God, when stirring in tuna with the mac and cheese, MAKE SURE IT'S TUNA IN WATER, NOT TUNA IN OIL. I only made tht mistake once.

Paul: ixnay on the ushroomay oupsay, and you've got yourself some good eatin' right there.

I eat tuna 2 ways only

1. out of a can with TONS of miracle whip

2. raw, in sushi.

[crotchity old man]and that is the way it SHOULD be, now get off my grass[/crotchity old man]

Tuna's good straight out of the can on salad, too. Luckily it's precooked.

So can you tune a piano? Seeing as how you can't tuna fish and all...

I'll just eat oatmeal.

How do you do all that heavy stuff in the morning????

Now I thought you was a good ol' Southern girl! As such, you gotta know what the ideal breakfast is:

Eggs (scrambled here)
Bacon
Sausage (yes, two meats)
Fried taters
Sliced tomatoes
Biscuits
Sausage gravy
Oatmeal
Leftover fried apples (apple butter works too)
Jelly

ok, here is what you do, make some kraft dinner, then in another frying pan fried some salami and eggs, add some mayo to the KD, then add the eggs and salami to the KD, top with ketchup and salsa, and some hot pepper paste, then go order a pizza

Starting to believe Tonks that warm tuna is not so good......

I am a good southern girl! And I'll beat you with a switch if you doubt it again...*regains composure and apologizes for outburst...That breakfast is fantastic AFTER 10:30, as brunch, or at 2:30 in the am when you haven't been to bed yet. Other than that it's too much for me at 6:00 am

PS Sausage can be substutited for left over porkchops
