I've been going to the Doc. The doc has me on more greens, sea food and I'm eating considerably less. My sugar levels are becoming more manageable. I'm also exercising more and hope to start swimming A.M laps early next spring.

It was quite a surprise to discover that I am getting old.

i doubt we'll be attacked if the mosque is not built. the jihadis understand the idea of foreign influence on their soil. it's OBL's whole deal.
