up in arms over the criminal behavior
of this regime.
What do we learn from all of this?
We as well as they know they can get away anything
and there is nothing we can do about it?
The basic premise that the SEC has ANY
constitutional right to centrally plan anything
is so un-American that there isn’t any reason
to even bother to think about this crap anymore.

i'm sure the government will save money if they just nationalize all those pesky 401k's. With so many new responsibilities, it will take some of the load off the SEC if they don't have to monitor all those accounts.
