That's not what I meant.

If it is legal for men and women to get paid to have sex through the pornography business, then why can't they do it privately?

£170 or whatever an hour for a model for a photography shoot is not off the scale by any means whatseover - in fact no where near.

the other part says "show" - albeit in "" ..but it could easily be a lapdance etc.

what is illegal about that?

If there is actual evidence of prostitution then fine... but a show or modelling , whether Glamour or whatnot?

would that actually be illegal on private grounds over there?

The legalities very from state to state or even between counties. There are jurisidictions that prevent the show girl or exotic dancer from touching the custermer, even can say what the distance can be between the two...

As far as the prostitution goes it is generaly illegle. The only exception is the state of Nevada. Their it is not illegle but it is not recognised as an ocupation either...
