I think what he's trying to say is that these judges should be looking to the constitution to justify their laws and decisions, and not using int'l cases for said justification. If you put aside all the other nonsense posted after his initial post, you might get that point. It's not about wether those int'l decisions are right or wrong, or moral, or depraved. It's about the constitution that's supposed to be the basis of all american law.

He'd rather the decision was made, quoting an american source. That's all.
 
Because the rest of the world is second-rate, of course. :rolleyes: Nevermind that the US Constitution owes a lot older NON-American sources. Excuse me, I have to leave this thread - it smells bad. :sick:
