MitchSchaft New Member Sep 26, 2002 #32 That didn't make any sence. You stay up all night. But then you don't go to bed 'til 6am? Then you get up and go to school at 6am?

G greenfreak New Member Sep 26, 2002 #38 I have a sleep disorder but it isn't insomnia. I used to have trouble getting to sleep too, for the same reasons. I couldn't quiet my mind. As I got older, that got better. If it gets bad, I try to occupy my mind by reading till I feel so sleepy, I can't keep my eyes open.

MitchSchaft New Member Sep 26, 2002 #39 Having trouble getting to sleep is called on-set insomnia. That's if it happenson a regular basis.
Scanty New Member Sep 26, 2002 #40 Then I have on-set insomnia. Wow, now I can classify it, maybe I'll be able to get to sleep, lol
