You don't shop much, do you? I've paid for auto repair, Canadian Tire, Maxi and Super C all with cheques at one time or another. Canadian tire was the only one that gave me any grief. But they took it. Didn't give them much choice. They'd already done the repair to my exhaust, and if they didn't want my method of payment, they could damn well take the new pipe back off and put the old one back on at their own expense. They took the cheque.
