Nah, there is a couple of contributors that asked not to be BS enabled.

And yes, I can view it just fine if I log out, but once I log in I can't.

For your information, although you'll have to be logged out to read this by now, access to the AUP from your username was denied some time ago due to overquoting of certain clauses to try and protect yourself from personal attacks and other such things which come as a package deal with the arrogant and abrasive attitude that you carry, and all the obsessive attempts to stir up shit for no reason.
