It sure beats having to clean up the mess after it backlogs. We've got a long, shallow-grade pipe for the toilet at the cottage. It goes into a holding tank as opposed to a septic tank (no weeper field) so you want to be using a minimum of water. But using the minimum water won't move the toilet paper the full length of the pipe. 'Specially with 3 wimmens in the house using fistfulls every time they need a leak. So, we ruled that shit wipes go down, but piss wipes go in the bin. (doesn't bother me any. I don't wipe after a piss, so I never have to open it)
