Gas Prices starting to hurt?

This is how it supposedly works, the petroleum is "ours" (the people), but the goverment manages it thru Pemex.

Pemex does some of the refinery stuff, and if i'm not mistaken, the petroleum is sent to the US and it is processed there to get gasoline and other derivates, it is done that way because they claim that the type of equipment needed for that type of refinery is too expensive :grumpy:

Gasoline stations are all "pemex", but are owned by private capital, they have to buy gasoline from Pemex and sell it at the price Pemex dictates.

Still, some people refuse to the initiative of selling Pemex stocks to private capital, because they think it will be worse and they still claim that "petroleum is ours", to which i always tell them: "if petroleum is ours, then why do we have to pay so much for our gasoline and where is my money from Pemex earnings?" :grumpy:
 
It all stems from a mass entrenched corruption cycle set up by the pri long, long ago. The system was set up to enrich the living hell out of 1/10th of 1% of the ruling class families under the guise of telling the people that they are looking out for everyone and helping the poor better themselves ... what a crock. I'm starting to understand your socialist leanings when taken in context of what is happening within your own government. The trouble is... your are told that your system is the product of corrupt capitalism when it isn't. It doesn't matter if its socialist, capitalist, monarchist, theocratical, facist... if your system is monochromatic and corrupt to the core with a mindset that goes no further than enrichment of a select few ... then it is none of the above.. it is nothing but a Feudal dictatorship.
 
Preciselly, somewhat the domino effect.

It all starts with lazy people, which degenerates in encouraging corruption from bribbing police men to those that asks for it or won't do a thing for you.

This all goes to the highest powers, that can not see other than its own benefit, which makes me sick, what they do is almost a genocide, and sometimes is a genocide by itself.

15 years ago there was a goverment supermarket corporation called Conasupo, supposedly to help the poorer people by selling them first need products at a lower price. What am about to tell you makes me really sick and pissed, this corp bought radiated milk from the Russians, hell i don't blame the russians for trying to sell that stuff, i blame our goverment for buying and SELLING as a good product completely knowing it wasn't like that.

My goverment makes me sick, i'm so tired of them that i don't even bother with voting anymore or supporting any new policy, if i had the power i'd insert an umbrella up their asses and open it.

now i'm really really pissed :mad2: :grumpy:

I really doubt it, bad things are compensated with the good things.

Only reason to leave here would be that i'm unable to find a decent job and payment that won't allow me to live nice and peacefully.

Politics pisses me off, but lately i've choosen to stop reading that stuff, if i have enough to live nice, then why worry about such problems?
