A lot of it has to do with body type. I've been exercising three or four times a week for three weeks now, 60 minutes a pop, and I've lost six pounds and my pants are looser. Oh, my food intake changed when they put in the stints. have to get the heart rate up for extended periods to get the metabolism running better.
are you just eating less of the same stuff or are you keeping a close eye on sugars and carbs?
