I'd heard similar things about such an operation, but it was mostly aimed at women wanting to regain the tightness down there. Kinda like buying new hinges for your screen-door. The harder you bang them, the looser they get, eh?

Kegel excercises... look it up! Work that PC muscle, baybe!! :swing:
