To me, hating and loathing are two different things. Hatred being the worst of the two and the extreme of negative feelings towards someone. I can loathe without hate. :)

That's why a lot of folks don't understand how i can be a 'raging lunatic' in Real World, and joking and fun everywhere else. It's not compartmentalizing...it's just the way I am. You tend to have less emotional anguish that way... ;)

I rarely use the word hate, because Gato's right, it is a strong word.

I can say that I hate a few people on this earth.

And i was thinking na was asking if we ever felt like nothing (indiference??) for somebody you've met.
