He brags about the wind on his side of the hill all the time. This wouldn't even be condidered a gust the way he talks.
 
Sorry, didn't see this thread...

We got wind. The place we are staying for now is in the woods on the side of a mountain. I'm guessing 30-50 trees down, lost power for about 18 hours, both doghouses destroyed, one dog dish MIA, both dogs OK.

Our property suffered minor damage. The barn will need the door latches replaced and some tin nailed back down, as well as an assload of branches and limbs blown down.

Rough night.
 
Well...at least you have plenty of wood to be able to rebuild the dog houses.
