i don't heat my house, but the furnace is natural gas, our house is really cold all the time though so I suppliment that with several computers running distributed.net :headbang: :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:

i think whoreable's av kicks ass, i don't know why. i just chuckle whenever i see it.

I prefer cold, to be honest. When my dad's gone for a long time I will open all the windows in the house (except those without a screen in them) and maybe take a fan and put in one of them to bring a bunch of cold air in.

(Yes, I'd be a horrible roommate unless your interests are 50% overclocks and subzero temperature watercooling :D)

we have night-storage here [block heaters] which are sodding useless so we don't use them. sadly we also have a massive victorian bay with sash windows, all with original glass and frames that have dropped over time.

when it's 0 outside it's not a lot over 3 in here and the wife and resort to heat through shivering :(

My apartment has a gas forced air unit.

But oddly enough, everyone who uses gas or oil to heat their house actually uses fire, since the furnace burns the gas or oil to make heat.

My computer makes my room about 5-10C warmer than the rest of the house... will need to open a window when I bring my other Athlon down here. :anibang:
