I feel like a very old 29. But i can still sprint a mile, bench 200lbs and do 20 one legged squats..(HeXp£Øi± trying to prove his youth)
 
With weights, or just over the potty. :D

I'm 40, can run 2 miles in under 20 minutes, bench my weight, and drive a standard transmission... ;)

Don't know what I can bench. Not a lot. I need to work on that. But I can drive a standard transmission, and I can do 2 miles in 20 minutes or so. Thats pretty good Gato....
 
I feel a very young 32. I can do anything I want, I just pay hell for it the next day.
