One of the sysadmins at work (and my friend) just transferred to another branch a few states away. I'm missing him terribly already.

The other three sysadmins are getting their favorite candy from me tomorrow--Drew is getting Raspberry Creme Savers, Dion is getting Limited Edition Extra Creamy Hershey's Kisses, and Pete is getting Jelly Belly jelly beans.

Besides the fact that Dion and I swap candy (we leave some on each other's desks and in our candy dishes once in a while), it doesn't hurt to butter them up. Especially when there may be an opening in their department and I'm the only other person in the company qualified to do the job.
