yeah, but after about 5 or 6 calls during dinner time it will get annoying quick. speaking from experience here. And nothing is harder to do than trying to explain how to do somethine on a computer that you are not in front of.

"uh...no"
"ok...uh..what do you see?"
"wait, ok I see that box"
"ok click OK"
"it only says cancel"

i learned a long time ago that helping people with their computers not only sucks, but it is non-profitable. they will tie up your time and expect you to jump right when they want. they don't give a damm that i have a life of my own.

With windows though, you could always get those "video professor" cd-roms they advertise on TV.
