I have easter eggs stacked in my living room for all my nephews and nieces and decided on saturday that this year I would buy myself one too.

It was gone by Sunday... so I bought some more for friends yesterday and replaced mine... unfortunately I ate that one too...

I don't think I'm going to buy another one...

And I think they plan on having Easter every year......Well....thats what I heard, anyway........:eek5:

I love that commercial

The first year that was on, I had a basset hound (that's him in my av). He would hear that commercial, his head would whip around, and he'd bark like hell at the TV. :D

easter shopping?!

didn't know easter was being christmas-ized...lol

 every holiday is with kids around :D

I went to the store yesterday and bought bags of candy, little toys, pudding, and capri-sun juice to fill goodie bags for all 10 kids on the compound.

I even bought dye for the eggs ... one problem ... I didn't buy any eggs :tardbang:

It starts off with one rabbit singing, "Here comes Peter Cottontail," then five or six singing, "hopping down the bunny trail," then it shows an entire store full of rabbits singing. Then Jeffy the Giraffe says, "alright, alright, we'll have an Easter sale! Just make them stop!"

I'm just happy that my litl'un's too young for that Easter-commercialism stuff...

I do, on the other hand, work for the church, so there are bulletins, Easter letters, flyers, Holy week pamphlets and mailings, mailings, mailings!!!

Between Lent, Easter and Xmass, I do more work that for the rest of the year combined :p

Unfortunately it gets them all in the end! :(

I've taken to buying Katie a small present as she's not allowed to have all that chocolate because of her heart condition. But I just got her some trendy summer clothes yesterday as well. She chose a tee-shirt that has "Perfect" written across the front... I told her I'm going to print "nuisance" underneath it! She was most indignant!
