There is no big deal. Canadians sometimes define themselves by not saying what they are, but saying what they are not as in "not American." I am both, and indeed we share many, many things. There isn't really that much a difference except Canadians tend to like higher taxes, vote more socialistic, likes Molson beer, snow, hockey, and being called Canadian. Other than that, it really is America Jr. Oh and they have the French

btw, i find french society/history very instersting, wish we had more french members, the only one i can think of is a13, but he isn't french, he just lives in France "for now".
