Don't worry about exceptions, just the general rule is what I seek.

Curiosity-seeing to what extent all stand

1-non married heterosexual couple only
2-non married hetero or homo couple only
3-hetero couple plus one or more
4-hetero or homo couple plus one or more
5-any combination of adults
6-any combination
 
#2, i don't have any problem with people being happily married, i think it is limited to a union of two people though.
 
Polygamy (and the rarer female form Polyandry? ) dont' appear to work in western society, so I voted for number 2. In my limited experience, multiple wives usually means some fat old bastard marrying his underage cousins or something. Ick. :sick:
 
Went for #2 as well. Poligamous or polyandrous unions don't work IMO as there are just too many social & economical ramifications to make it a viable option to me.

I always wake up wondering how I can interfere in other people's lives.....and make the process as painful as possible for them :p

What's the difference between 3 and 4? I mean if you're gonna throw one more into an hetero couple you'll get two people of the same sex. That doesn't make one of them homo?

most would feel that way but in the west that is usually frowned upon. besides ever seen how big some peoples noses are? they have to somehow make it their business

I disagree. Most people couldn't care less. The ones who do care are the loud ones though, and besides, the media needs lurid stories (they think) to draw the lowest common denominator demographic.
 
actually we agree. I said most would have said that. Most wouldnt give less than a shit about it one way or the other unless it somehow affects them in some way. but there are those who cant mind it to themselves.
 
I don't understand. About half of you think a couple, hetero or homo, is sufficient. Why stop there?
 
because monogomy works and some people believe in it. I believe personally in what works for each person indvidually
 
I voted #2 because of personal beliefs that competition between spouses can be very destructive and dangerous to children.
