I tend to ingest more of it than I probably should, but that's just because it's so easy and cheap. I can get a 48-pack for $10. Since I have so much, I have a few different things to do to it to keep it interesting.
My favorite way of eating it is to drain the water before adding the seasoning packet. Then occasionally I might add a drained can of mushrooms to 2 cooked packages of ramen. Sometimes I'll add a couple slices of cheese to it, and/or some milk. My favorite flavor is Shrimp flavor, but when this isn't accessible, I prefer Chicken flavor. Contrary to what I would have thought, the Chicken & Mushroom flavor I find every now and then tastes more like mustard flavor than anything else, so I avoid it like the plague.
I once added diced ham to it, and it wasn't too bad, but it didn't inspire me to go out and buy a bunch of ham.
Are you a ramen addict? What do you do with yours?
