I thought ancient Greek was a pain in the ass, but new Greek is even more horrible!
Work made me move but I had a choice in it - was bloody glad to get out of the rain I can tell you!
Modern Greek's not the worst actually - once you get your head around the alphabet (which is actually easy if you've done maths to any standard!) you're grand!

But the alfabet of the new Greek is slightly different from the old Greek huh?
Does new Greek also has SO many sentences beginning with the dzèta with the ' on top? Dunno how they called it though...but it drove me crazy! That damned Odysseus used it in almost EVERY sentence! :mad2:
